I'm 19 and a recovered bulimic.
I am overweight. I am obese, literally, medically. I defeated 6 1/2 years of bulimia only to then be plagued with binge eating. Until now of course.
I've relapsed.
But I have goals.

I haven’t eaten anything much else today, probably due to the adderall but I’m not complaining.

I remember when I was small, back before I was hospitalized for the first time. Why did I have to go and fuck everything up?? I’ve more than doubled my weight from that time… What is wrong with me.. Time to get my life back on track.
Breakfast:
1 serving oatmeal w/ 1 tablespoon brown sugar ✔
1 Yogurt ✔ (1/2 yogurt)
1 Fruit item ✔ (1/2 apple)
8oz of milk ✔ (in my coffee/oatmeal)
16oz of water ✔ (drinking now)
Lunch:
24oz of water (8oz so far)1 yogurt (Didn’t eat anything xP)
